At 5 P.M. on 6th September, at the conference room on the second floor, the Junior High Department of the west campus convened the Blue Project master-apprentice connection meeting in the first term of the 2016-2017 academic year.
Initially, Director Zhang Li with the Teaching& Discipline Section guided teachers to fill in the Blue Project manuals and arranged relevant work requirements.
In addition, Principal Assistant Ling Qian stressed the significance of the Blue Project. Considering the tendency of young teachers’ participation in the Teaching Skill Competition, Principal Assistant Ling Qian requested that young teachers should grow up to form their unique teaching styles as soon as possible.
Furthermore, Vice Principal Xu Xuchang demanded that we should rigorously carry out various job assignments of the Blue Project.
In summary, Director Zhang Li summarized the meeting and addressed that young teachers were supposed to be equipped with the spirit of bearing hardships& studying intensively at the same time so that they could change from standing firm to bursting into bloom in the classroom perfectly.
